At Insider One, ranked #6 Best Software Company globally by G2 and a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, I built the revenue enablement function from zero. Two people, no playbook, no precedent. By the time I left, we had a cross-cultural team enabling 28 markets across sales, upsell, and renewal cycles.
As CSO at Kolay, Turkey's leading HR Tech SaaS platform, I took on my first C-level challenge by transforming a founder-led sales culture into a scalable revenue engine. The strategy drove 226% growth between FY2023 and FY2025, while expanding our portfolio with major enterprise brands like P&G, Mondelez, Hugo Boss, and Miniso.
Outside of operator mode, I speak and write about revenue leadership, sales culture, and building high-performing teams across cultures. My ecosystem contributions include serving as a TEDx speaker, leading the WiSE Istanbul Chapter, and staying active in the Turkish startup community.
Outside of work, I'm happiest a bit outside my comfort zone. I surf, ride dirt bikes, and lift at the gym, and given the chance I'll always say yes to the bigger adventure. I've skydived over Cape Town and couldn't wipe the smile off my face, ridden the Ha Giang loop across Vietnam, and camped in Africa's Ngorongoro Crater, wide awake because the lions were never far away.
